Delivery LocationsWe deliver our gift hamper boxes from our business premises in Waikiki, Western Australia to addresses in Mandurah Rockingham and surrounding suburbs.

Processing TimeWhen placing your order, you have the freedom to select your preferred delivery option from the available choices. Same day orders will not be processed without our prior consent. Please contact us to arrange a Same Day Delivery. ​​ During peak periods, such as Valentine's Day, Mothers Day, Christmas, orders may experience slight delays due to high volumes and delivery times cannot be guaranteed, however every reasonable effort is made to deliver your hampers on time, everytime.

Delivery TimeframesMonday - Friday: We delivery Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm Saturday: We deliver Saturday between 10am and 2pm Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods, and outer-regional areas may experience slightly longer delivery times. Delivery Confirmation: You will receive confirmation of your delivery selection via email.

Authority to LeaveOur gift hamper include items which can NOT be left outside in the elements. If no one is home to receive the gift, orders will be taken back to Salty Saturn Goodness until we can make contact with the sender or recipient. ​ Special Instructions: Should you have any special delivery instructions or requirements, please specify them during checkout. We'll make every effort to accommodate your preferences.

Exchanges or RefundsWe want you to enjoy your Salty Saturn Goodness experience! Every effort is made by our passionate team to deliver a beautiful gift as ordered. Exchanges or refunds will be assessed per order, provided that items are in salable condition and contact is made within 48hours of delivery. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us as soon as possible.

Alcohol PolicyAustralian Alcohol Policy At Salty Saturn Goodness we are committed to the responsible sale of gift hampers including alcohol. It is an offence to supply alcohol to or obtain alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. If purchasing a gift hamper containing alcohol, you confirm that both the purchaser and recipient are over the age of 18 years. It is a legal requirement that the person placing the order is over the age of 18 and the person receiving the delivery is over the age of 18. The Shipping address must also be different than the billing address. An Australian liquor licence is not required to sell alcohol including in our gift hampers. ​A liquor licence is not required to sell alcohol that is included in the sale of flowers or food designed to be delivered as a genuine gift to a person, such as a gift basket or bouquet of flowers. the alcohol included in the gift must be purchased from a retail liquor outlet. two litres is the maximum volume of alcohol permitted in each gift. the gift must be packaged and presented in such a manner that it would be taken to be a gift. the gift can only be delivered to another adult who is not the purchaser. the gift cannot be delivered to a person at the location where the gift was purchased. gifts must be delivered between the hours of 7am to 7pm. This means that alcohol can only be purchased as an addon to a hamper they can not be purchased individually. All hampers containing alcohol have to be signed for by an adult upon delivery.
